HR Signal's Workforce Insights Engine has been in R&D since early 2020. For the last 15+ months, we've been transforming data, building data features and authoring our algorithm. We've tested our algorithm, and it continues to evolve and grow in complexity. Today, we're happy to announce the launch of our private product beta. We've leveraged our systems to create a simple employee retention dashboard and two-way secure data interface. Our beta product is fully functional, delivering workforce predictions and insights that provide immediate value.
