Congratulations to Jonathan Erel, HR Signal's new Vice President of Research & Development.

In his role, Joni is leading product development efforts at HR Signal which includes leading infrastructure, platform systems, R&D personnel and data. Joni chose to join our team at HR Signal to exercise his technology and leadership skills to bring our solutions to the market. He has significant experience working in other technology companies, and is leveraging his background to implement best practices at HR Signal.

Prior to his new role, Joni has served as VP of R&D at Altnext, and lead technology teams at other organizations.

Joni lives in Tel Aviv, Israel. He enjoys surfing, travel and spending time with his friends and family.
