Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs your use of the software as a service provided by HR Signal (https://www.hrsignal.com) and any related services provided by HR Signal.

Customer Right to Terminate

In order to exercise your right of termination, you must inform us of your request by means of a clear written communication. HR Signal customers can terminate their month-to-month or Annual-recurring subscription upon written notice to support@hrsignal.com.

Refund Upon Termination

If your service is terminated in accordance with the above section (“Customer Right to Terminate”), we will stop your next payment and terminate any upcoming or scheduled payments. HR Signal does not provide prorated refunds; you can terminate and continue to have access to the account for the remainder of the billing period. If you have pre-paid for an annual recurring subscrition and less than 7 days have passed since beginning your subscription, you are entitled to a 50% refund.
