Our pre-seed round was led by Cleveland-based Gammite Ventures and Israel-based Tzur Daboosh, along HR industry veteran Aaron Grossman. Mr. Grossman previously sold Able, an HR Tech company, to Bullhorn, and is the founder of Talent Launch, a group of HR consulting, recruiting and staffing companies.
Mr. Tzur Daboosh, an experienced tech entrepreneur and Israeli industry leader, has joined our Advisory Board. He founded Emblaze, a pioneering media streaming company that went public. He's also an angel investor and business advisor to startup companies from diverse industries, and serves as Chairman of Anu, an NGO strengthening Israeli democracy, inclusion, and equitability.
We’re also proud to announce two new Advisory Board members: Amir Haramaty and Jerome Pickett.
Amir Haramaty is CEO of the Natural Language Interfaces platform aiOla, applying the most advanced proprietary technologies in AI, ASR & NLP to solve everyday problems. Mr. Haramaty previously served as CCO of SparkBeyond, where he built the commercial strategy, managed execution, and drove over $1 billion in impact for clients and partners. He also served as COO of Adallom, a Cyber Security company acquired by Microsoft.
Jerome Pickett is an investor and strategic advisor to many companies, with a deep history in security risk management, privacy compliance, technology policy and organization design. Mr. Pickett’s background includes 16 years in the U.S. Secret Service (1998-2014) in Cyber investigation and computer fraud roles, 6 years in the NBA as Chief Security Officer, and more recently as SVP & GM at CLEAR, the airport security company. He has received numerous awards, including the U.S. Secret Service Medal of Valor for his heroic actions during 9/11.
